We're a brand new opening coming to Islington and by brand new, I mean we are finishing up renovations now and will be hiring staff to join us in the pre-opening phase. this will entail all the responsibilities below as well as a few extras Independently working to serve a small counter section attached to the kitchen as well as some tables in the bar area Understanding and accurately fulfilling a small japanese diner menu after training and time to get familiar with the menu Maintaining the health and hygiene of the kitchen area, via cleaning, changing oil, proper opens and close downs etc Fulfilling and kitchen prep/mise en place required to ensure menu availability Fulfilling staff food orders on top of these things, as it is a pre-opening position there will also be the following Assisting the General manager to Deep-clean and decide on a service workflow for the kitchen before opening day assisting in menu development and tastings to finalise the menu Pre-opening training and mock runs before the opening night we will be open 6 days a week, tue-sun from 4pm-midnight/1am Kitchen closes at 10pm pay starts at 14ph + service charge, Salary Options are available.
