Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating., • Develop and maintain menu items, ensuring quality and consistency., • Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment., • Control food costs and inventory., • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role., • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety., • Excellent leadership and communication abilities., • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
