Head Chef Opportunity at The Waeccer!
Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking for a new challenge? The Waeccer in Great Wakering is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Develop and maintain menu items, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Control food costs and inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
