Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with scheduling appointments. Manage the appointment diary to ensure adequate time is allocated between appointments for patient care and preparation. Handle phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly and professionally. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of the patient's contact details and update information as required. Process payments, issue invoices, and manage insurance claims efficiently. Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure the reception area is clean and organised.

Duties Develop a roster of artists to play live music events at various venues across the capital. Be responsible for booking scheduling and coordinating artists performances. Handle logistics such as venue selection, and equipment setup. Communicate with clients, from point of booking to the show date. Look to match the clients with new suitable new opportunities. Manage contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Maintain a database of contacts and clients to facilitate future bookings. Experience Knowledge of different music styles and the ability to identify them. Previous experience in an office setting in a position involved in sales and / or telephone communications is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, be persuasive and able to effectively communicate with clients. Excellent keyboard / typing skills, be competent in using social media platforms and email. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple bookings and ensure smooth coordination of events. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Social Media and Marketing • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Nest Easy’s online presence. • Create and distribute marketing materials, such as newsletters, advertisements, and property brochures. 5. Financial Coordination • Use QuickBooks to manage invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. • Assist with monthly reconciliation and preparation of financial summaries. • Ensure accurate tracking of income streams and operational expenses. 6. Coordination with Virtual Assistants and Team Members • Oversee the activities of virtual assistants, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. • Use tools like Asana to assign, monitor, and manage tasks across the team. • Provide training and support for virtual assistants as needed. 7. Cleaning and Maintenance Oversight • Oversee and coordinate cleaning schedules with contractors and ensure properties meet high presentation standards. • Perform light organizational tasks for office or workspace areas as required. 8.
