Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Support • Assist consultant trichologists during treatments., • Perform patient treatments., • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for consultations and procedures., • Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic clinic environment at all times., • Wash, dry, and store towels appropriately., • Refill backwash and treatment station product., • Prepare and make in-house hair and scalp products as per clinic protocols., • Monitor stock levels and refill shelves regularly., • File client records and treatment notes accurately and confidentially., • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally., • Support daily operational flow to ensure an exceptional client experience.
