Beauty Therapist Location: Chelmsford Job Type: Part-time Salary: Minimum Wage+ About the Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to deliver high-quality beauty treatments while creating a welcoming experience for clients. Key Responsibilities • Provide a range of beauty treatments to a high professional standard., • Perform individual eyelash extension treatments., • Deliver massage treatments confidently and safely., • Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments., • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety., • Build and maintain strong client relationships., • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon. Essential Qualifications & Skills • NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)., • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)., • Qualified and experienced in Individual Eyelash Extensions., • Qualified and experienced in Massage Treatments., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Professional appearance and positive attitude., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable Qualifications (Bonus) The following additional qualifications and experience would be advantageous: • Advanced facial treatments., • Brow treatments (lamination, tinting, shaping)., • Lash lift and tint., • Intimate waxing., • Nail services (manicure, pedicure, gel polish)., • Semi-permanent makeup., • Aesthetic treatments., • Any other beauty-related certifications or specialist treatments.
