Role Summary The Public Relations Officer is responsible for managing and developing the public image, brand communications, and digital presence of Small & Cute Nail & Beauty LTD. The role ensures that all external communications consistently reflect the salon's premium standards, creativity, and customer-focused ethos. This position plays a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic communication, social media management, and promotional campaigns. The Public Relations Officer will work closely with senior management to align marketing activities with business objectives and customer expectations.
