Role Summary
The Public Relations Officer is responsible for managing and developing the public image, brand communications, and digital presence of Small & Cute Nail & Beauty LTD. The role ensures that all external communications consistently reflect the salon's premium standards, creativity, and customer-focused ethos.
This position plays a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic communication, social media management, and promotional campaigns. The Public Relations Officer will work closely with senior management to align marketing activities with business objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Media and Online Presence
   Develop, implement, and manage the salon's social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels.
   Create engaging and high-quality digital content, including photos, videos, reels, service highlights, promotional posts, and customer features.
   Maintain a consistent posting schedule with clear branding, messaging, and visual identity.
   Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to maximise reach and customer interaction.
   Stay up to date with beauty industry trends, seasonal treatments, and digital marketing practices to ensure content remains current and competitive.
2. Brand Communication and Content Development
   Uphold and develop the salon's brand voice across all public communications.
   Draft, edit, and publish written content for marketing materials, service announcements, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and online updates.
   Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and presentation across all communication channels.
   Collaborate with management to plan campaigns aligned with business goals, seasonal promotions, and service launches.
3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
   Manage customer interactions across social media and online platforms, responding professionally to messages, comments, and enquiries.
   Encourage customer engagement through interactive features such as stories, polls, feedback requests, and promotional activities.
   Support customer retention by promoting offers, loyalty programmes, and new services.
   Handle customer feedback and concerns sensitively, escalating key issues to management where appropriate.
4. Marketing and Promotional Activities
   Develop and support marketing initiatives for peak seasons, holidays, and special promotions.
   Assist in designing and implementing campaigns aimed at increasing bookings and brand recognition.
   Liaise with photographers, designers, or external partners when required to produce promotional materials.
   Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for brand growth.
5. Community Relations and Reputation Management
   Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organisations.
   Coordinate collaborations, events, or promotional activities to enhance local visibility.
   Monitor and manage online reviews across platforms, preparing professional responses that reinforce the salon's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
   Provide feedback to management on recurring customer comments to support service improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience in public relations, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or service sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools, and engagement analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with clients and external partners.
