Lead Lash Technician – Existing Client Base | 4 Days Per Week | Wink Lash & Beauty Bar | Islington, London Join an established, busy salon with loyal clients waiting for you. Wink Lash & Beauty Bar is looking for an experienced, talented and passionate Lead Lash Technician to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled lash artist to take over an existing client base, earn from day one, and become a key part of a salon with an excellent reputation for beautiful lashes and outstanding customer service. This is a genuine long-term opportunity for someone who wants to become an integral part of the business, build a loyal following and grow with the salon. We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience in Classic, Hybrid and Russian Volume lash extensions, • Produces consistently beautiful, high-quality work, • Is reliable, professional and punctual, • Delivers outstanding customer service, • Is confident carrying out infills, removals and providing excellent aftercare advice, • Works efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards, • Takes pride in maintaining excellent hygiene and client safety, • Wants to build lasting relationships with clients and become an important part of a successful salon Preferred but not essential • Lash Lift, • Brow Lamination, • Brow Tinting & Waxing About you We’re not looking for just anyone—we’re looking for a lash artist who genuinely loves what they do, takes pride in every set of lashes they create, and wants to build a long-term career with a salon that values quality over quantity.
