We are a high quality artisan gluten free pizza base producer, using the finest ingredients in our unique and delicious pizza bases and we are growing. We are based close to Tooting (SW17 London) and are looking for bright, enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working team members to join our business. This job will suit a person who enjoys working in a physical job and who takes pride in their attention to detail and production of high quality food. You will get to learn everything in our bakery, from creating and preparing dough, all the stages of production, including stock control and packaging.
To be a successful candidate with us you need to: - Have experience in a Food Production Environment - Understand the job you are assigned to do. - Be able to read and implement a recipe and can follow instructions. - Bring lots of energy and a strong passion for baking. - Be a quick learner and able to work machinery (full training given). - Be able to carry out physical tasks and are physically fit for the job. - Have acute attention to detail with a strong desire to see things done properly. - Maintain a strong work ethic.
