Key responsibilities include: • Assisting chefs with basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients., • Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans, and ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times., • Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to food safety regulations., • Storing deliveries and rotating stock appropriately., • Supporting the kitchen team with various tasks as needed to ensure excellent service.
