Chef de partie- pizza & pasta chef Battersea- South West London Immediately start paid weekly for 3 months then moved onto a monthly pay plus benefits after probation Monday to Friday ONLY 6:30am to 3:30pm £16 per hour I'm recruiting a chef de partie that has experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine. You will be working in a kitchen that provides breakfast and lunch for approx 600 people a day. This position will be based in the pizza and pasta section and will be fully responsible for making sauces and pizza from scratch daily. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bespoke pizza oven and kitchen equipment of dreams! A chef de partie, you will have a 2nd chef de partie to support you and will be required to take the lead and manage this specific section. Other duties include, ordering, stock control, inputting dishes and ideas of pizza, pasta's etc onto the menu and planning. To be considered for this role, you will need to register with Phoenix Resourcing Services (PRS) have rights to work in the UK and free within 1 week to start. There will be a interview and trial prior to offering the position.
