• Making ranges of quality coffee and hot/cold drinks to a high standard, • Working the till. This includes taking orders, handling cash and card payments, and processing transactions accurately, • Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes to a consistent, high standard, • Pouring pints and serving a range of drinks, including basic cocktails/soft drinks where required, • Taking food and drink orders from customers, front and back of house, • Keeping the kitchen and bar areas clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene standards, • Stocking and rotating stock (food, drinks, and bar supplies), • Washing up and general kitchen upkeep during service, • Opening/closing duties as required (setup, cashing up, cleaning down), • Providing friendly, efficient customer service at all times, • Working well under pressure during busy periods
