- Making ranges of quality coffee and hot/cold drinks to a high standard
- Working the till. This includes taking orders, handling cash and card payments, and processing transactions accurately
- Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes to a consistent, high standard
- Pouring pints and serving a range of drinks, including basic cocktails/soft drinks where required
- Taking food and drink orders from customers, front and back of house
- Keeping the kitchen and bar areas clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene standards
- Stocking and rotating stock (food, drinks, and bar supplies)
- Washing up and general kitchen upkeep during service
- Opening/closing duties as required (setup, cashing up, cleaning down)
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service at all times
- Working well under pressure during busy periods
