We are an authentic Italian pizzeria based in Clapham, seeking a skilled and experienced Italian Pizza Chef to join our team. Position Details: • Hours: 31 hours per week over 4 days • Schedule: • Monday, Friday & Saturday: 5 PM – 12 AM • Sunday: 1 PM – 12 AM • Pay: £10-£11 per hour (depending on experience) Requirements: • Experience in an authentic Italian pizzeria is essential – please do not apply if you do not have relevant experience. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Punctual, reliable, and able to work the specified hours. Sous chef required to join a team of 3 covering brunch and dinner services. We are a family run independent traditional British cafe on the strand London close to Covent garden and Charing cross station. Seated capacity is 24 with a daily service average of 50 to 100 covers. The role includes preparation, service, ordering, cleaning and health and safety management. Brunch sessions are between 7am and 3pm and evening dinner between 4pm and 11pm. you will be expected to alternate weekends included. Applicants will be expected to have a least 2 years’ experience.

Speciality coffee will be a focus and takeaway will be offered.
