Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista and/or bartender. Proven ability to create latte art and prepare espresso drinks to specialty coffee standards. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixology techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Barista or bartender certification is a plus.
