You will: • Prepare espresso-based drinks to Noxy's standard, • Dial in coffee and maintain quality throughout service, • Prepare and serve bagels according to company standards, • Support coffee and food service during busy periods, • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service, • Keep service areas clean, organised, and ready for use, • Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and store flow, • Work closely with the Store Manager and wider team You’ll ideally have: • 1 year barista or café experience, • Knowledge of espresso-based drinks, • Experience in a busy café, coffee shop, market, or hospitality setting, • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, • A hands-on, reliable, and positive approach, • The ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods, • A genuine interest in coffee, food, and hospitality Specialty coffee experience is beneficial, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important.
