Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role. - Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment maintenance. - Exceptional skills in espresso preparation, milk texturing, and latte art. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team. - Passion for customer service, with a friendly and engaging personality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy periods. - Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
