Looking for a Breakfast Chef/Chef for a Cafe & Lounge. Candidate will be responsible for making English Breakfast, Paninis, Bagels and Bakes etc. Relevant experience required.

Junior chef / kitchen experience essential

- Previous experience as a Chef in a high-end, high-volume kitchen - Strong skills with the ability to cook meats and seafood to perfection - Production experience including preparation, portioning, and maintaining high standards - Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure - A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices - A passion for high-quality ingredients and attention to detail in presentation - A positive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

1. Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant’s opening 2. Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line 3. Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal 4. Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods 5. Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes 6. Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap 7. Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift. 8. Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment

Chef Position – Shah’s Halal Food We are seeking a dedicated and efficient chef to join our team in a fast-paced food environment. The kitchen operates within a compact 5m x 4m container, requiring strong organizational skills and cleanliness while maintaining high-quality food preparation and service. Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to a high standard. Prepare and cook food efficiently, ensuring quality and consistency. Assist staff with customer service when not actively cooking. Wear the provided uniform properly at all times. Work collaboratively with the team to plan and prepare for the next day’s operations.
