This role requires availability for 4 shifts per week, including weekends, with an immediate start. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with a focus on quality., • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all guests., • Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. The role requires knowledge in making latte art , customer service experience, being able to easily communicate with people , taking orders, serving at the table and having the initiative to learn how to make hot beverages, being able to keep the are clean and tidy and working as a teamwork .

Looking for a head barista for our cafè in Barbican. Monday to Friday, part time & full time positions available. Skilled in specialty coffee, professional, organised, expert levels of cleanliness and hygiene and exceptional customer service a must. Thank you!

Experienced barista wanted for a busy café. Minimum 3 years’ experience required. Must be confident with opening/closing shifts and knowledgeable in quality coffee and cold beverages.

Full time. Includes both weekend days. Preparing a range of specialty coffee drinks, tea, cold drinks as well as craft beers and natural wines. Role is also to gel as part of a small team and will include other duties. We specialise in natural and ethical food and drink and are a predominantly food led, daytime only, restaurant. We also have a small bookshop and an exclusive art, antiques and home decor collection so an interest in this would be an advantage. The role is to prepare drinks to an exacting and consistently high level. Training and or experience of speciality coffee would be a distinct advantage. But also to offer support to the rest of the team.
