Bartender- Ambassadors Club House Salary - up to £16 ph Schedule - Full Time Experience - 3 years minimum experience within a high end or high volume restaurant Ambassadors ClubHouse are seeking a Bartender to join their team. The menu focuses on the cuisine of undivided Punjab. Culinary traditions and rare regional recipes will be showcased with a menu featuring classic papads, chaats & bitings, lesser-known kebabs cooked across the tandoor, sigri and tawa; curries cooked in cast-iron karahis and clay matkas, pilaus, biryanis, tandoor-roasted breads, and classic desserts. An all-day drinks list brings guests through lunch to dinner to late-night party, with a focus on tequila and mezcal cocktails blended with regional produce. Highlights include a selection of ‘Punjabi Margaritas’ all made with exotic north Indian fruits and citrus and paired with chaat masala spiced salts. Encapsulating the traditions of Punjab where hospitality and generosity are celebrated through the sharing of fine liquor in abundance. The dining room features a maximalist central bar with a gold dome, booth seating and counter dining while the lower ground floor will feature a drinking and dining space, alongside a DJ booth, open until late. The Position The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. The Successful Bartender will have: a preferred 5 year experience as a Bartender (minimum 3 years), within a high-end restaurant or bar; Experience with late nights; preferred (The role will involve some late finish times over the weekend). Experience with cocktail batching and ingredients preparations; A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail; Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn; The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group; you will be required to serve food at the bar counter.

Possibility for experienced Waking Night Carer to take on 2 consecutive nights (consecutive per week, regular nights). We need to cover either Sunday & Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and or Wednesday & Thursday. ** These are fixed nights.** and they are strictly waking nights. These nights should be on nights where you can rest appropriately before and after the shift. One can not sleep in these shifts. There is the possibility for an occasional one or two extra shifts when covering for a colleague. Please let us know your exact availability with your application. He loves being with people, listening to music, being read to, getting foot massages. He also enjoys walks and loves nature. He has significant complex care and medical needs; he is reliant on his family and carers to meet all his needs and is supported by a dedicated team of carers and support workers providing 1:1 sometimes 2:1 24/7. He is autistic, non verbal, has a movement disorder and epilepsy which results in regular seizures, a PEG for medication and fluids but eats some foods orally too. He needs Catheterization and Peristeen Irrigation. It would be a bonus if you had experience in these already. He can walk with support but is also a wheelchair user. He lives with his loving and supportive family, who recognize that his team of carers and support workers are instrumental in his overall development and well being. Overview of role: He requires an experienced waking night carer to join his team to assist with his bedtime routine and tend to all his needs throughout the night. This is an active night as you will need to keep a close eye on him, and following protocols if he has a seizure, supporting him with personal care, monitoring for any signs of distress, and In the mornings administering his PEG feed and medications. You will help sooth him when needed, making sure he is comfortable, and he can get as much rest as possible. All activity throughout the night is to be accurately documented. Additional shifts available to cover leave etc. To attend staff meetings & supervision. To participate in training as required. To arrive in plenty of time to begin shift, read the handover notes and to receive information in handover from the team regarding the day’s events. Keep his environment clean and tidy. Help to fold and tidy away his laundry. Who this job would suit: A happy, positive, and calm Waking Night Carer with excellent hands-on complex care experience and highly desirable to have autism / special needs experience. You will be dedicated and committed and behave in a professional manner. Non-smoker only (non-vaper). Ideally no issues with pets.
