Bakery & Deli • Display fresh-baked Greek pastries and sweets attractively., • Keep deli shelves and window displays fully stocked and tidy. That includes assisting with the deliveries of goods. Hygiene and Safety • Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen rules., • Monitor fridge and food temperatures and log them correctly., • Wash dishes, sanitize prep areas, and sweep floors throughout the shift. Requirements • Friendly, upbeat attitude with a strong team spirit., • Previous experience in a busy cafe - bakery and nowledge of Greek food and culture is a plus, but not mandatory.
