We’re looking for a brilliant Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our small independent café. We want someone friendly, relaxed and genuinely good with people — the kind of person who notices the regulars, makes customers feel welcome and is happy getting stuck into whatever needs doing. The role will include making great coffee, serving customers, taking orders and payments, preparing simple food, keeping the café looking lovely, restocking and helping with opening and closing. Because we’re a small team, this isn’t a role where you’ll only stand behind the coffee machine. Everyone helps with everything, so we’re looking for someone practical, reliable and comfortable working independently when needed. Previous barista experience is essential, but personality, attitude and a genuine love of hospitality are just as important.
