What you'll do • Wash pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware by hand and in the dishwasher, and keep up during rushes, • Keep the kitchen, back of house, bins and storage areas clean and tidy all shift, • Complete the opening and closing cleaning checklists and sign the cleaning schedule, • Check deliveries against orders, then put stock away with FIFO rotation and correct labels, • Help with basic prep when needed, such as washing and peeling veg, portioning and restocking, • Deal with general waste, recycling and food waste, and keep the bin area clear, • Store and use cleaning chemicals safely, following COSHH rules, • Follow food hygiene, allergen and health and safety procedures, • Report breakages, pests or faulty equipment straight away, • Help front of house with glass collection on busy evenings What we're looking forEssential: • Right to work in the UK, • Reliable and on time, and free for weekend shifts, • Able to stay on your feet for long periods and lift deliveries safely, • Works fast without cutting corners on cleanliness, • Takes direction well and stays calm when it's busy
