Throughout the years, with the good service and good food, has built a reputation as the best Italian restaurant in town with various rewards, and it maintains that position still. *Job description.* • We are looking for someone of good character and reliable to be a part of our FOH team., • We offer a permanent job that will began on a part-time bases with the potential to develop into a full-time basis., • The job position is of a waiter with potation of development in the future., • We work on 5-6hour work shift bases, and at the moment we can offer 4 shifts per week which will be increased for the month of December due to busy times. What we offer for the position. • We work on a 5–6-hour shifts bases and we get paid every fortnight. Payments are calculated on the total shifts worked. The payment includes the total number of shifts worked as well as the part of the service charge that you are entitled to. • On average and depending on performance, including service charge for each shift, you will be earning around *£75.00*., • Based on your performance your earning percentage of the service charge could be increased. Flexibility on getting a specific day off upon request will be granted when possible., • You get paid holidays and there are pension and NI contributions included and provided., • You get a *£20.00* meal free and a soft drink on each shift and more, as well as a paid 30min break when you do a double shift.

What you'll do • Wash pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware by hand and in the dishwasher, and keep up during rushes, • Keep the kitchen, back of house, bins and storage areas clean and tidy all shift, • Complete the opening and closing cleaning checklists and sign the cleaning schedule, • Check deliveries against orders, then put stock away with FIFO rotation and correct labels, • Help with basic prep when needed, such as washing and peeling veg, portioning and restocking, • Deal with general waste, recycling and food waste, and keep the bin area clear, • Store and use cleaning chemicals safely, following COSHH rules, • Follow food hygiene, allergen and health and safety procedures, • Report breakages, pests or faulty equipment straight away, • Help front of house with glass collection on busy evenings What we're looking forEssential: • Right to work in the UK, • Reliable and on time, and free for weekend shifts, • Able to stay on your feet for long periods and lift deliveries safely, • Works fast without cutting corners on cleanliness, • Takes direction well and stays calm when it's busy
