Call Centre Agent NEW CALL TELECOM HOLDINGS LIMITED is looking for confident and reliable Call Centre Agents to join our team. £18–£20 per hour This is a guaranteed basic hourly salary. You are paid for every hour you work, regardless of the number of calls you handle. There is no commission and your earnings do not depend on call volume or sales. Flexible working options We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with working hours between 07:00 and 19:00. You can choose from two 8-hour shifts: 07:00–15:00 11:00–19:00 Part-time working arrangements are also available for candidates who prefer fewer hours. About the role You will speak with customers over the phone, understand their needs, provide clear information and ensure each customer receives a professional and helpful experience. You will also keep customer records up to date and follow simple internal procedures. What we are looking for Good communication skills Clear and confident telephone manner Professional and friendly attitude Reliable and organised approach to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous call centre or customer service experience is welcome, but not essential What we offer £18–£20 per hour Guaranteed hourly pay No commission Full-time or part-time options Choice of two 8-hour shifts A professional and supportive working environment Training and guidance provided
