Large Format Print and Production Operator We are currently looking for a large format print operator to join our busy team to run various printers. The successful candidate will need to be open to learning new processes as the company grows and expands. The Job Operate large format printing machines and equipment to produce high-quality prints and graphics. Set up and calibrate printing machines according to job specifications, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper color calibration. Monitor printing process to ensure print quality and make adjustments as needed. Prepare and inspect materials for printing, including checking for defects, ensuring proper sizing, and maintaining inventory of printing supplies. Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks and coordinating repairs when necessary. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of print jobs. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist with finishing tasks such as cutting, trimming, laminating, and mounting prints as required. Keep track of production schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Maintain records of jobs completed, materials used, and other relevant production data. JOB VACANCY Construction Project Manager CONTRACT TYPE Permanent HOURS 9am to 5pm (with a 30-minute unpaid break) 37.5 hrs per week PLACE OF WORK London (this role involves field work, therefore, your places of work vary) SALARY £40500.00 per annum £20.77 per hour We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager (SOC: 2455). The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind the success, stability and execution of our building projects throughout the entire development process. You will be responsible for the planning, design and construction from commencement to completion and subsequent facilitation of the handover. A creative, pragmatic and imaginative and forward-thinking persona will be expected. Building a solid and dependable team requires clarity of vision and planning, therefore, your organisation skills coupled with the ability to remain calm, collected, and methodical whilst having a clear overall picture of projects will be required. Key Responsibilities ● Steering building projects from inception to handover and completion ● Liaison with other I.Chime team members in improving the management processes and structures. ● Procuring construction works including main contracts, enabling works, major packages and specialist trades working closely with I.Chime Management Team. You will also support the generation and approval of tenders. ● You will monitor the progress of our projects, report and report remedial actions to management, effectively manage the project budget and all costs to ensure successful completion within budget estimates coupled with compliance with best practice and meeting the specified quality and standards. ● Your duties will include the preparation of progress reports, incorporation of contractor and consultant project reports and briefing the team. ● You will monitor and update project financial forecasts and cash flows, manage construction project teams, chair meetings with design teams, cost consultants, contractors and other specialists/stakeholders. ● You will occasionally report to the director as required and conduct regular strategic planning and forecast in addition to assembling information for invoicing at the end of projects. ● You will also be able to manage and coordinate construction activities/sites ensuring strict adherence to health and safety on site and that each project is delivered in accordance with the RAMS for the project. ● You will work schedules based on prior discussion with clients, architects, surveyors etc. ● You will be responsible for temporarily hiring, inducting and supervising staff. ● You will conduct forecast assessments of potential challenges and disruptions to ongoing projects, including the impact of traffic and new developments. ● You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring that materials and construction methods are compliant with specifications and statutory requirements and that there are no deviations from agreed plans. Skills and Qualifications: ● A good academic background is essential; therefore, the prospective candidate will have an undergraduate degree-level qualification. A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or any related subject will be an enhanced advantage. However, an alternative degree-level qualification, with supplementary experience, qualifications and certifications which demonstrate site management, project management, leadership, health & safety compliance, and CSCS manager level approval, will be accepted. ● A minimum of 1 year in building and project management experience, as well as proven project delivery experience at planning and construction stages will be essential. ● A full understanding of project delivery, costs, and programme management in both residential and commercial settings. ● You will have the ability to compile project programmes, review, amend and update them using MS Project, Aster or similar construction programme software. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● A dynamic individual with a pro-active approach and excellent problem-solving skills. ● A hands-on approach and a willingness to work with and alongside the team. ● A proven ability to lead and build strong relationships with internal and external teams. ● An effective team leader and team player with the ability to work autonomously and work under own initiative. ● Excellent design skills and high proficiency at understanding building regulations. ● Willingness to undergo of and on-the-job training. ● Good interpersonal skills and eloquence in English. Transport Services (Fleet Maintenance) LTD is a small business in LONDON. We carry out all types of maintenance and repairs on vehicles ranging from light commercial up to HGV's. We pride ourselves on having a positive and fun working environment with a great team spirit. We are looking for a full time mechanic to join our close team on a permanent basis as soon as possible. Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, with overtime available as required by the business. Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience. A full UK driving licence will be required, an HGV driving licence would also be desirable. The right candidate, after passing a trial period, will be provided with a company service van.
