Digital Administration & IT Technician Responsibilities: Manage digital tools, platforms, and software systems. Support website and database management. Handle IT assets, software licensing, and system upgrades. Maintain IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Network & Systems Administration: Configure and maintain network devices, servers, and cloud-based systems. Monitor cyber-security threats and implement security protocols.
