Prosperity Housing Group Ltd is a CQC registered supported living service in Haringey, offering personalized care, support, and housing solutions for adults with learning disabilities, sensory impairments, autism, and various mental health conditions. We are seeking a Registered Manager who excels in community engagement, team building, and innovation, ensuring documentation and staff training are up-to-date. Our Supported Living provision focuses on enhancing independence and social inclusion through a person-centered approach tailored to individual needs and goals. We maintain separate tenancy and care agreements for all service users, supported by robust transitional plans for seamless care. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day operational management, • Maintain CQC compliance and quality standards, • Manage recruitment, rotas, supervision, and staff development, • Oversee budgets and resource allocation, • Build relationships with commissioners and external partners, • Support expansion and new service mobilisation, • Ensure person-centred, safe, and outcome-focused support Requirements • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager, • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, • Proven record achieving Good/Outstanding CQC ratings, • Strong team leadership and safeguarding knowledge, • Experience with service development and tendering Salary £35,000–£40,000 plus performance bonuses Immediate start available Interviews via Zoom
