GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager and follows policies in regard to Customers, Associates and merchandising. Provide the customer with knowledge and advice about the teas. Attitude should be approachable and friendly. Punctual, Polite, Presentable Actively engaging customers, every customer should be greeted as you would like to be greeted when entering a shop. Make sure shop is clean, shelves dusted, floor swept, wood polished etc. Record all sales, monetary value and stock sold. The shop and all equipment should be left at the end of the day as you would like to arrive to it in the morning. Making drinks for customers, hot or cold and tidying the tables after.
