The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working behind the bar in a pub or similar setting. A bubbly personality and excellent communication skills. Good knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm during busy times. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to great service.
