Farina Pizzeria is looking for a prep chef, to join our team in Notting Hill. Please read closely the application before applying You must be 18+ with a valid work permit. The work hours required are around 40/42 per week with a salary of 12-14£ per hour depending on your experience. Duties and responsibilities of a prep chef: - Basic knowledge of italian food and dishes - Help the chefs on prepping food for the line of the day. - Good understanding of the Health&Safety procedures. - Good understanding of procedures like labelling, allergies, food safety and fifo rotation.

You’ll be supporting the head chef, managing pizza service, helping with orders and stock control. You should be confident working alone and be passionate about making pizza. If you’re on the way to becoming a head chef but need some more experience under your belt this is the role for you. We only want applications from people who love dough and the whole pizza process. You must have professional kitchen experience and be comfortable with prep schedules. We have a unique pizza made with a 48 hour cold fermented biga dough.
