Essential Skills & Experience Project Management  Proven experience delivering IT projects, ideally within small to medium-sized organisations.  Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid approaches).  Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
