Childminder assistant I’m currently looking for a childminder assistant to work various hours. Thursdays - 9:30am - 3:30pm Extra days will be given when needed. (Monday - Friday) This can be a self employment or payroll position with pension given. Training will be given, first aid, safeguarding and DBS is required. Official childminding assistant certificates will be given. Staff will be required to get involved with children activities, help planning and help with meal times.

Skills, experience, and qualification required for the role. · Proven experience as a Childminder or similar role. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. · Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Also Childminder must communicate professionally with the parents, including actively listening, responding, and engaging with the children. Clear and open communication prevents misunderstandings and ensures the children's needs are met Experience in the similar role for 3 years is desirable.
