Mobile Cleaner / Area Supervisor – Suffolk, UK Salary: $27,850 • Company Vehicle & Mobile Phone Provided SBFM is looking for an experienced cleaner ready to step up into a Mobile Cleaner / Area Supervisor role. You’ll oversee multiple sites across Suffolk, ensuring high standards, strong client relationships, and smooth day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities • Maintain excellent cleaning standards and client satisfaction, • Carry out audits and resolve issues quickly, • Train, support, and lead frontline cleaning staff, • Assist with new contract mobilisations, • Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites, • Manage stock and ordering, • Provide cleaning cover when needed, • Use IT systems to record visits and activities, • Work closely with Operations Managers and support other supervisors What You Get • Company vehicle, • Mobile phone provided, • 20 days holiday + bank holidays, • Pension scheme, • Internal mentoring
