About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for a 29-year-old male adult with autism, learning disabilities, and behavioural challenges. The individual has a developmental capacity similar to that of a child, and requires consistent, structured support in his daily life.
