Collaborate with care teams and health professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual needs. Skills Proven experience in home care or patient care settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of medication's and best practices. Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and their families. Experience in care, support or assisted living environments is an advantage. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining client records and care plans. General maintenance workers required to repair and manage existing client refit sites. This is a maintenance roles for already complete sites. Main responsibilities include repair of commercial and residential kitchens, point of sale displays, bedroom and office storage, bathroom units and hotels. Candidates must have 2 years experience, full knowledge of woodworking techniques, be able to use handheld & power tools, and be able to work from blueprints. Role will entail selecting and cutting wood for stud framing, door frames, windows, stairs, and cabinets. Carpenters will also fit desks, wardrobes and install wood flooring. Full training will be provided along with safety equipment and CSCS registration by employer. 37.5 hours per week. ISL Role. There are no academic requirements for this role. However, the successful candidate needs to communicate effectively in English, be willing to undergo training and enrol on company courses to improve their skills.
