Job Description About the Role: Join our Head Office HR team as a Recruitment Business Partner on an 18 month FTC. This is a key role for a driven, commercially-minded professional ready to deliver impactful resourcing results for both the HR department and the wider business. You will be responsible for creating effective solutions to attract, hire, and retain high-calibre candidates in line with business needs. You will represent the NEXT brand with a positive and professional attitude every day. Take It On: Key Responsibilities As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will act as a true expert in your business area, offering intelligent, well-developed insights to senior stakeholders and HR colleagues. You will be expected to challenge and influence recruitment decisions at a senior level, embodying our core expectation to Make it happen. • Strategic Resourcing: Work closely with the HR/Recruitment Manager and HR Business Partners to anticipate confidential recruitment requirements. You will provide a proactive service by building and maintaining ongoing talent pipelines to support managers in reducing the time to hire., • Innovation and Data: Use data to continuously develop candidate attraction methods. You will ensure measurement tools are applied across the entire process to enable effectiveness. You will research 'best in class' recruitment practices and take them to fruition., • Reducing Agency Reliance: Actively demonstrate the value of direct sourcing. You will showcase why internal expertise is the most effective approach to filling roles, reducing reliance on external agencies., • Leadership: As a senior team member, you will deputise for the Recruitment Manager and act as a mentor. You will take the lead to contribute to the direction of the department with influence and encourage collaboration and teamwork within your team. What You Will Bring You are a self-starter who displays independence and self-motivation. You provide solutions to challenges facing the recruitment function. You are commercially aware, able to see the bigger picture, and can manage change effectively, showing resilience and tenacity when faced with uncertainty. To be successful, you will need: • Prior experience in either agency or in-house recruitment., • To be a proven team leader with a passion for developing colleagues., • Well-developed skills in persuasion and influence, with experience dealing with stakeholders at Senior/Director levels., • To be tech, AI, and data savvy, with experience using ATS/CRMs and advanced web/LinkedIn/Social Media searching skills., • A passion for resourcing, with the ability to headhunt effectively using innovative methods., • Evidence of successfully identifying talent and filling niche roles, such as data scientists, infrastructure, and cloud., • The ability to work across lots of recruitment requirements with pace, whilst concurrently managing direct reports and delivering projects.
