We are now looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Leicester Healthcare site. As Operations Manager, you’ • ll:Lead and implement the Elis Production Essentials across the si, • te.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedur, • es.Organise and adapt plant management structure based on capacity and budget forecas, • ts.Drive continuous improvement and lead change initiativ, • es.Forecast volumes and resource needs, managing budgets and resolving varianc, • es.Deputise for the General Manager when requir, • ed.Develop strategic operational plans and capital reques, • ts.Lead and develop teams, managing performance, absence, grievances, and traini, • ng.Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and promote teamwo, • rk.Monitor and report performance, recommending improvemen, • ts.Support environmental impact reduction initiativ es.
