Admissions Manager - Residential Care Group | Leicestershire | Up to £30,000 + Performance Bonus\n\nIf you've spent time guiding families through one of the most difficult decisions they'll ever make, you already understand what this role is really about.\n\nA well-established, family-run care group in Leicestershire is recruiting an Admissions Manager. It's a new role, ready for the right person to shape it, own it, and build something genuinely meaningful within a business that has real heart.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Admissions Manager, you'll oversee all bed enquiries across a group of well-loved residential care homes, managing the pipeline from first contact to successful admission.\n\nDay to day, you'll be:\n\nDeveloping and maintaining a comprehensive enquiry and logging system\nBuilding strong relationships with social workers, local authorities, and brokerage teams\nActing as a visible, trusted presence in the community and across the homes\nCollaborating with home managers to ensure smooth, person-centred admissions\nProducing regular reports on enquiries, conversions, and occupancy\nSupporting marketing initiatives to promote the group's servicesThis isn't a desk-bound role. You'll be out, about, and in front of people, which is exactly how it should be.\n\nWho They're Looking For\n\nThere are a number of roles in the care sector that would translate directly into this position, whether you're currently working as an Admissions Coordinator, Admissions Officer, Admissions and Discharges Coordinator, Home Admissions Advisor, or in a referrals and community outreach capacity, your experience is highly relevant here.\n\nIf you've spent time managing enquiry pipelines, nurturing relationships with social workers and local authorities, and guiding families through what is often an emotional and complex decision, this role will feel like a natural next step.\n\nYou'll also bring:\n\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nSolid organisational ability and attention to detail\nComfort with CRM systems and data management\nThe confidence to work independently while being a real team playerEqually, if you're an experienced Home Manager or Deputy who has a strong track record of filling beds and fancies a fresh challenge without leaving the sector, it's worth a conversation.\n\nThe Package\n\nUp to £30,000 basic salary, plus a performance-related bonus linked to conversions and occupancy.
