Job Description We have an exciting opportunity to join our Paid Social Marketing team as a Paid Social Executive! About the Role: As a Paid Social Executive, you will take the lead in driving our Facebook and Instagram campaigns, shaping strategies that attract new customers and boost sales from existing ones. Reporting to the Paid Social Channel Lead within our dynamic eCommerce team, you’ll leverage your experience managing large-scale campaigns and budgets to deliver measurable, profitable results. With strong technical expertise across social buying platforms, a results driven mindset and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with our media agency and key social media partners to create high performing, data led campaigns that make a real impact. What else is involved? • Working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute ‘best in class’ performance led social campaigns., • Manage the relationships with counterparts in the social team at the media agency., • Support the Paid Social Channel Lead to manage the relationship with key social media partners., • Monitor & work with the agency to optimise all activity., • Work with the partners to explore new and innovative opportunities., • Manage the reporting for your campaigns accurately and regularly., • Regularly present key campaign findings/insight identified, • Stay up to date with the digital media landscape., • Strong technical knowledge is essential. Ideally in at least one of the key media platforms i.e. Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok alongside a broad understanding of tagging and data., • Work with colleagues in our data and finance team to understand the true value of the paid social activity you run. You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. About You: • A good level of experience working within the Digital Marketing industry, specifically within digital performance media channels., • Paid Social experience is preferred., • A proactive self-starter who works well in a fast paced environment., • Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure., • Experience of planning and optimising across performance digital media channels., • Experience of managing social partners and/or agency relationships within a Paid Social role., • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data., • Be an effective team player; can do attitude and ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • A relevant degree would be preferred - Business, Digital Marketing.
