Key Responsibilities You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, providing first-class administrative and secretarial support to the wider team. Responsibilities will include: • Managing client instructions and correspondence efficiently via email and digital dictation, • Handling new client enquiries, file openings, and compliance procedures, • Preparing, formatting, and distributing legal documents, reports, and property applications, • Liaising with clients and solicitors to maintain clear communication and manage expectations, • Tracking deadlines and key case milestones to ensure timely completion, • Supporting property processes, including Land Registry and SDLT applications, • Preparing Docusign envelopes and managing digital documentation, • Making use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance accuracy and efficiency, • Contributing to ongoing process improvements and the adoption of new technologies About You We’re looking for someone who brings: • Solid experience in a similar administrative or property-focused position, • A professional, adaptable, and client-focused attitude, • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging at all levels, • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment, • A collaborative approach, combined with the ability to work independently when required, • A positive and enthusiastic outlook, with a willingness to learn and embrace change, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation that values initiative, teamwork, and professional growth.
