Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to current investment offerings. Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects. Share accurate information about properties and services in a clear, confident manner. Set up consultations or appointments for the senior sales team. Keep the CRM system updated with call notes and status updates. Meet daily and weekly call targets and KPIs. Handle client objections calmly and professionally. What We’re Looking For: Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer outreach (real estate or investment background preferred). Excellent phone manner with strong verbal communication skills. Motivated by goals and confident in handling objections. Organized and capable of managing your own pipeline of leads. Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools. Measure roofs or exterior walls and calculate the required amount of underfelt, tiles, slates, or thatching materials. Cut wooden battens, felt, and underfelt to precise measurements based on roof specifications. Lay and secure underfelt and cover with hot bitumen or other adhesive compounds to ensure a solid base. Lay, align, and fix overlapping layers of roofing materials such as slates, tiles, or shingles. Seal the edges of the roof using mortar, ensuring all joints are weatherproof and watertight. Conduct inspections and assessments of roof conditions to determine repair or replacement needs. Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces as necessary. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations while working at height or with hazardous materials. Collaborate with site managers, clients, and team members to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. Assist with other building finishing tasks where needed, as part of MHA’s wider construction services.
Install, test, and configure electronic systems and hardware. Perform inspection and basic calibration of electronic units before dispatch to B2B clients. Execute minor hardware customisation and software configuration based on client requirements. Identify faults in delivered or returned units, conduct root cause diagnostics, and recommend solutions. Maintain and operate lab equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering stations for component-level adjustments. Follow ESD handling protocols and safety compliance procedures during all stages of hardware management. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure product quality and delivery readiness. Support the documentation of testing procedures, installation guides, and configuration logs for all electronic units. Participate in initial deployment and setup based on client needs if required, ensuring operational performance and proper system installation.
