EXPERIENCED SENIOR ITALIAN CHEF required. Near Liverpool St, split shifts lunch and dinner Monday-Friday only. Closed Saturday & Sunday. You’ll be supporting the head chef, managing pizza service, helping with orders and stock control. You should be confident working alone and be passionate about making pizza. If you’re on the way to becoming a head chef but need some more experience under your belt this is the role for you. We only want applications from people who love dough and the whole pizza process. You must have professional kitchen experience and be comfortable with prep schedules. We have a unique pizza made with a 48 hour cold fermented biga dough.
