We want every German Doner Kebab customer to have a brilliant experience, every time they visit. That means hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant. As a Crew Member, you'll make it happen, whether you're preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers needs. Full paid training will be provided. Training is usually for 1 week. If training isn’t completed, a deduction from your salary will be made. Full time or as close to full time staff needed. Minimum of 3 days including weekends. I Can give up to 6/7 days work. Full paid training provided.

Payment Processing:Take payments from diners, including cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment. Ensure accurate billing and provide receipts. Training and Leadership:Train new wait staff, familiarizing them with protocols, menu items, and service standards. Assign opening and closing duties to staff members. Monitor wait staff performance and address any issues. Health and Safety Compliance:Maintain knowledge of health and safety standards in the hospitality industry. Communicate safety and hygiene protocols to servers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Skills Required Food Preparation:Understand food preparation processes, including proper cooking temperatures. Monitor portion sizes and presentation to enhance customer appeal. Excellent Customer Service:Make menu recommendations to customers. Serve patrons within a reasonable timeframe. Handle customer complaints professionally. Health and Safety Standards:Comply with hygiene and safety protocols. Ensure a clean and safe dining environment. Qualifications Experience:At least 1 years of experience working in a hotel or restaurant. Familiarity with restaurant operations and service standards. Education:Secondary school certificate or equivalent.
