I run a small business and am looking for a trained barista and all rounder. I have two mobile catering units - Both converted London Taxis One offering barista style coffee and another serving Traditional Pie & Mash. You would be required to run the Coffee unit, Monday - Friday from 5.30am - 11.00 The pitch is at Bromley South station, so will be aiming at commuters during peak times (hence the early starts) You will be left to solely run the unit yourself, but will have the opportunity to take days off where i can run myself.
