We are looking for a versatile hospitality professional with experience as a breakfast barista, including latte art, as well as floor service, hosting and events. The role involves: • Creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests., • Seating guests promptly and responding to requests and queries efficiently., • Taking and accurately communicating food and beverage orders., • Preparing coffees according to assigned shifts., • Providing safe, efficient and consistently high-quality food and beverage service., • Setting up, clearing and promptly servicing tables., • Developing knowledge of the food and beverage offering to answer guest questions confidently., • Maintaining awareness of allergens and relevant guest requirements. The successful candidate will have: • Experience in a similar food and beverage role, preferably in a busy, high-end hotel, leisure or hospitality environment., • A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, which is desirable., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing manner., • A proactive approach and the ability to resolve queries positively and practically., • A passion for exceptional guest service and a courteous attitude towards guests and colleagues., • Strong teamwork and attention to detail., • The ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision., • A positive and flexible approach, including availability for weekend and evening work.

We’ll be serving great speciality coffee, cold-pressed juices, seasonal drinks and a small selection of wines in the evening as well as deli sandwiches, counter bakes and evening snacks.
