We are looking for a skilled Operative for commercial grounds maintenance. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to operate various machinery. Key Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive grounds maintenance duties., • Safely operate and demonstrate proficiency with powered machinery., • Drive to the designated works yard as required. Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial grounds maintenance., • Possession of a full, valid driving license., • Demonstrated ability to use powered machinery effectively. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday, • 07:00 to 15:00 Remuneration will be competitive and dependent on certificates held and experience. This position operates on CIS scheme payment with a UTR registration
