Repairs and maintenance Contractor requires experienced multi trader / handyman to undertake various skilled tasks within local authority or Housing Association properties in North London area. Tasks include easing & adjusting units doors, hanging doors, building boxing, silicone application, preparing kitchen & bathroom for clerk of works inspection and site tasks.
