  Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager Location: Windlesham Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + Package The Role: Responsible for the successful delivery of electrical packages across multiple projects, including a large pharmaceutical refurbishment project, from pre-construction through to completion. Oversee electrical installations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Keep up to date with contractual changes and developments within the construction industry. Manage project programmes, design coordination and change control. Demonstrate the ability to manage electrical packages on projects with contract values up to £12 million. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors and supply chain partners. Liaise and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. Report to the Operations Director and work closely with the Estimating and Pre-Construction teams. Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and associated supply chain resources.
